General Manager

About the Role

Furisity Realty Advisors LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations of our significant portfolio of commercial properties, developing growth strategies, and leading our team to achieve exceptional results.

As the General Manager at Furisity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations, including all aspects of managing a significant portfolio of commercial properties
• Developing and implementing growth strategies and market expansion initiatives to enhance sales, profitability, and investor relations
• Creating leasing strategies and executing capital improvement plans to maximize tenant satisfaction and retention
• Overseeing the budget, managing expenses, and ensuring annual budgeting and financial reconciliation processes are effectively carried out
• Hiring, training, and managing staff, including property managers, to ensure a high level of performance and contribution to the company's acquisition strategies and overall profitability
• Evaluating company and employee performance, implementing improvement strategies, and maintaining comprehensive performance reports
• Coordinating efforts among teams and ensuring effective communication with clients, commercial banks, attorneys, accountants, and real estate brokers to support business operations and strategic goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in Commercial Investment Management and Commercial Plaza Management
• Good knowledge of QuickBooks and Yardi system
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on growth and operational excellence
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and expense management
