Our Story
Furisity Realty Advisors LLC was founded by Wilbur Hu and Cathy Yang, a husband and wife team with extensive experience in commercial real estate management. The name "Furisity" represents our forward-thinking approach to real estate, combining "future" with "possibility."
Currently, we are the largest Chinese-operated commercial real estate management company in Central Florida, managing assets with a total market value exceeding $55 million.
Our expertise in commercial property management has helped property owners reduce costs, increase efficiency, and maximize net revenue through meticulous management of each tenant and renovation project.

Wilbur Hu
Co-Founder & CEO
Wilbur Hu previously served as the General Manager of Highyon Group Real Estate Group for three years, bringing rich experience in shopping mall investment and management. He is a registered real estate manager in Florida with extensive industry experience and professional knowledge.
Cathy Yang
Co-Founder & COO
Cathy Yang worked as a property manager at Triovest Real Estate Company for four years, previously managing three shopping malls in Toronto with a total market value exceeding 400 million Canadian dollars. She is a registered real estate manager in Florida with extensive industry experience and professional knowledge.
